About Us

Okmulgee-Okfuskee County Youth Services, Inc. (OOCYS), Inc. a.k.a. Anne Moroney Youth Services, established in 1975, is a 501c3 nonprofit agency that has served over 3,350 children in some capacity or another through our programs. OOCYS focuses on serving the children, youth, and families of Okmulgee and Okfuskee Counties. All services are free of charge for children and youth ages four to eighteen.

Our Mission

The mission of OOCYS is to improve the quality of life for children, youth, and families by addressing mental health needs through counseling, education, parenting support, consultation and advocacy in Okmulgee and Okfuskee Counties and through life skills enrichment.
